At Adeya, our B2B Inside Sales Specialists will focus on building business for the
Swiss as well as for the Global market. Your goal will be to demonstrate the value of the Adeya collaboration suite and ensure regulated industries such as, Financial
services, Insurances and Law firms adopt our products and services to secure their sensitive information. When hiring for this team, we continually seek these top three characteristics when looking for new talent:

  • Organized
Your week is planned in advance, mapping out your days with the
leads you’re going to contact. You are mastering Hubspot CRM, creating and
maintaining lists and database of prospective clients.
  • Self-motivated
You aren’t afraid to take initiative and treat your pipeline like your own business. You are making multiple outbound emails and calls to potential
clients and other outreach efforts to engage with clients is naturally done.
  • Competitive
You love to be part of the wining team and expect the best from
yourself. You are demonstrating ability to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and
quarterly performance and sales metrics.
This role is based out of Adeya HQ, in Morges – Switzerland. Adeya is focused on
digitally transform the workplace and protecting business assets from potential
hacks — and this can only happen when we have Inside Sales Specialists who both deeply know the value communication processes provides to Business and can effectively improve daily workflows.

You Are

  • Experienced
You have at least 3 years’ background in B2B sales, selling, business services
or SaaS. Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Passionate about digital technology.

You Will
Learn about prospect needs and Adeya solutions. You are excelling at
discovering client needs and offering solutions and support to meet those. You are
answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Build a strong pipeline and close sales.
You’ll maintain focus on a balanced pipeline and metrics to be successful. You are
researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. You have the ability to quickly qualifying prospects and leads.
  • Pitch to customers, partners and distributors.
You will be skilled presenting and delivering information to potential clients, contacting potential Adeya users via phone, email and run product demos.
  • Close sales and negotiate beyond pricing
You will be working with client through closing process value the assets that makes a compiling solution for the customer. You will connect with the delivery team to ensure a smooth deployment maximizing the resources.
  • Collaborate
Advanced ability to be an effective problem solver and act quickly to resolve issues. You will detail and report back to the product development team
market requirements shaping the Adeya roadmap. You will also facilitate the
customer deployment handover to the implementation team.
  • Strategize and implement plans to expand into a market.
You’ll help identify the best way to reach prospects and proposing new ideas, focusing on producing new revenue.
